I'm Joseph Watkins, and I bring a unique perspective to real estate. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent over 25 years as an automotive technician and instructor at Nashville Auto Diesel College. After a spinal fusion in my neck, I transitioned from the shop floor to real estate—and discovered I love helping people even more than I loved fixing cars.
